Team
Doug Brown brings over a decade of experience in real estate acquisitions and asset management, having held investment roles at Benchmark Real Estate Group, Seritage Growth Properties, Gazit Globe, and Dalan Real Estate. His experience spans the risk spectrum, with over $3.6 billion in acquisitions and dispositions volume across multifamily, retail, and mixed-use assets. Doug received a B.A. from Lehigh University and a M.S. RED from Columbia University. Doug lives in Fairfield County with his family.
Jake Pesci brings over a decade of institutional real estate investment and asset management experience having held investment roles at Edgewood Capital Advisors, BentallGreenOak, Seritage Growth Properties and Lubert-Adler Partners. With over $1.0 billion in transaction volume, Jake's experience spans across all asset classes up and down the capital stack with a specific focus on structured credit and equity investments. In addition to his investment experiences, Jake also serves as an adjunct professor at Columbia University and a Teaching Fellow at Project Destined. Jake received a B.A. from the University of Connecticut and a M.S. RED from Columbia University. Jake lives in Fairfield County with his family.
